With a fiercely loyal audience, some of whom had been negatively portrayed in the media, JD wanted to let their customers know that they were valued – and to show everyone else that they had value. We ran two full-day castings in Manchester and London to recruit the people who became ‘the face of JD’. From 5,000+ applicants, 20 finalists appeared in the national campaign.
